Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Talent Acquisition professional responsible for providing dedicated support of end-to-end sourcing and recruitment activities to support client’s hiring plans for Japan and other APAC region.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition processes including establishing of job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering (post client decisions), hiring and on-boarding of candidates for open client roles across their hiring demand plans/business.
- Collaborate and meet with client’s Hiring Managers to gain clarity on hiring needs, specific job requirements and target start date of job/candidate.
- Partner with and build good relationships with Hiring Managers in the company.
- Provide coordinated updates throughout the recruiting process.
- Actively communicate process and provide status to candidates, hiring managers and other client stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to clients on recruiting activity status, job/candidate stages and status, time to fill / hire results and progress to plan.
- Build and maintain good relationship with candidates throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Maintain focus on continuous improvement on driving delivery, quality, diversity, and improvements in the overall recruiting process.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or any related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment cycle in any industry
- Experience in Human Resource (HR) and recruiting system and tool is a plus.
- Knowledge in HR Business Processes, Talent Management, Candidate Interviewing and Candidate Assessments.
- Good stakeholder and candidate management.
- Experience in mentoring Junior Talent Acquisition team members.
- Knowledge and expertise in various Recruitment trends.
- Business proficiency (spoken and written) in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N2 or any equivalent certifications) as role involves direct interaction with Japanese speaking candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
