Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, monitor employee performance, and provide guidance on performance improvement.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Calendar and Schedule Management:
- Manage executives’ calendars, prioritize appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, handling correspondence and communications with discretion.
Project Coordination and Support:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as required
