Responsibilities:
- Develop in accordance with company standards, Industry best practices, and statutory compliance.
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of company assets, ensuring continuity of operations and personnel safety.
- Maintenance contractors and service providers are managed to ensure efficient execution within planned resources.
- Plan and manage resources and budgets to meet company objectives.
- Contributing to the development of annual and long-term business plans, forecasting performance against key performance indicators, and estimating financial and resource requirements for performance targets.
- Responsible for managing in accordance with safety, health, environment, and loss preventive policies. Ensure project execution and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage and provide support to the maintenance engineers for managing projects and providing leadership.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
- With 4+ years of experience in Maintenance in a related Industry
- Good knowledge in safety, health, and environment practices.
- Knowledge of Operations, Safety and Product and Maintenance
