Job Description
- Verify vehicle servicing job sheets and ensure all documents tally with the job performed.
- Liaise with contractors to rectify any errors and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
- Endorse and submit documents to relevant authorities for approval.
- Monitor maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and send out monthly servicing schedules to contractors.
- Manage additional services such as engine overhaul, tow truck/crane standby, and collection/return of vehicles.
- Oversee accident and ad hoc repairs, ensuring the accuracy of pricing and documentation.
- Coordinate surveyor appraisals for accident repairs.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Meticulous and good in Excel.
- Prior experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and billing processes will be a bonus.
