Job Description

  1. Verify vehicle servicing job sheets and ensure all documents tally with the job performed.
  2. Liaise with contractors to rectify any errors and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
  3. Endorse and submit documents to relevant authorities for approval.
  4. Monitor maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  5. Prepare and send out monthly servicing schedules to contractors.
  6. Manage additional services such as engine overhaul, tow truck/crane standby, and collection/return of vehicles.
  7. Oversee accident and ad hoc repairs, ensuring the accuracy of pricing and documentation.
  8. Coordinate surveyor appraisals for accident repairs.
  9. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  1. Singaporean only.
  2. Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  4. Meticulous and good in Excel.
  5. Prior experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and billing processes will be a bonus.
