Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and develop metrology systems for semiconductor manufacturing industry, emphasizing multidisciplinary engineering skills and latest technologies.
- Facilitate design reviews with cross-functional teams (software, optics, mechanical) to refine engineering concepts.
- Create preliminary schematics, final designs, calculations, equipment selection, and layouts.
- Conduct lab experiments to validate prototype specifications.
- Perform tests and analyze raw data from metrology systems.
- Prepare reports for feasibility studies, new parts evaluation, failure analysis, and cost studies.
- Generate manufacturing documentation and collaborate on the release of new solutions and resolution of production-related issues.
- Facilitate internal and customer meetings.
- Travel as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or Mechatronics Engineering
- With 4-6 years of working experience in the similar role.
- Experience in optics applications and high precision mechanics.
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis is advantageous.
