Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales activities within new and assigned sectors and geographical areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate a customer base to meet sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships and participate in tender processes.
- Evaluate project specifications and prepare quotations, costings, and regular sales reports.
- Analyze market trends, develop strategies, and plan initiatives to engage the target audience.
- Provide project support as necessary.
Requirements:
- Hold a ITE or diploma in any field.
- Previous sales experience in General Industries; familiarity with M&E Industries and Semiconductor Industries is advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of construction estimating, bidding processes, and engineering requirements.
- Experience in M&E contract management, documentation, and possessing a network of vendors, suppliers, and contractors is beneficial.
- Candidates with extensive experience and a track record of success may be considered for higher-level positions.
- Must be independent, proactive, with a positive attitude, and able to work well in a team environment.
