Job Scope
- Work together with respective live hosts to gather information on potential products (including USP & marketing strategy) and plan the flow of the next scheduled live.
- Upload relevant live product listings into respective live platform dashboards.
- Support live host with written codes in the comment section & create excitement throughout the live.
- Troubleshoot & resolve customer issues.
- Provide customer service and sales support to customers.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or related discipline.
- Min. 2 years relevant experiences in logistics industry or international trade-related experiences.
- Candidates with relevant working experience will also be considered.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi tasks.
- Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Team player and committed to work.
- Effective communication and co-ordination skill.
- Bilingual individuals, proficiency in Mandarin, spoken & written will be required.
- People person, friendly & customer centric.
- Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate.
- Able to work on weekends occassionally.
