· First point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
· Organize and maintain employee personnel records, certifications & databases.
· Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment/ increment letters, work visa related letters.
· Support in all Immigration related matters and MOM related regulations. · Posting jobs in Jobs Bank & help with running Self-Assessment Test (SAT) to check work pass eligibility.
· Apply, Issue, Renew and cancel all work passes (Employment pass, S pass, Work permit) and dependent passes.
· Responding to auditors in closing annual scheduled auditing.
· Review and documentation of Task orders and purchase orders.
· Handling all aspects of leave administration and managing various Insurances and benefits on time.
· Periodical submission of IR8A and IR21.
· Monthly CPF submissions/Submit government paid leave claims/ Submit reservist pay claims.
· Point of contact for all MOM and other Government surveys.
· Administer the onboarding process of newly hired employees by initiating Pre-employment checks as per various client requirements.
· Conduct a thorough investigation on complaints brought forward by employees to come up with appropriate prompt resolutions .
· Conduct exit interviews and documenting all feedback in accordance with the standard procedures.
· Providing immediate response to all general inquiries regarding HR policies, employment laws and compliance.
· Timely submission of offline and online invoices
