Business Development Director - Asia Expansion
Air Royal, a leading provider of energy-saving HVAC solutions, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Director to spearhead our expansion into the Asia market.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to play a pivotal role in our Asia expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth plan to establish Air Royal as a dominant player in the region's energy-saving HVAC market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and prioritize target segments within the Asia region and with a strong focus in the Greater China Region.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers in potential client companies across various industries.
- Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Air Royal's solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the HVAC or energy efficiency sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of the Asia business landscape and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and inspire trust with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
