· Manages the execution of construction operations, validates the construction, installation and assembly of
components, equipment and systems and completion of activities.
· Assesses compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
· Meticulous and highly detail-orientated, possesses strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal
skills to facilitate management and works on-site.
Job description
· Project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual
schedule and budgeted cost
· Planning and creating schedules and project timelines
· Track deliverables, control subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule, safety and quality objectives
· Ensuring all works carried out to meet the company’s quality standards and contractual requirements
· Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all projects matters
· Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meet clients & regulatory requirements, as well as environmental,
safety and health practices, are carried out at all times
· Planning of housekeeping by coordinating responsibilities of site engineers/site supervisors and sub-
contractors
· Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time
Job requirements
· Minimum 3-5 years of practical working experience with in Building Projects Construction Management with the
Main contractor
· Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
· Diploma/Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering) or equivalent
· Possess Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills
· Good team player with strong leadership skills, well organised, meticulous positive work attitude.
