RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for Office of Campus Infrastructure and Services (OCIS).
- Responsible for master planning activities for campus development projects.
- Work independently and collectively to gather insights and data, distil, and analyze to derive proposals.
- Actively manage consultants in feasibility studies and design developments.
- Collaboration with other OCIS teams on inter-linked areas related to campus space planning.
- Collaboration with internal admin and academic stakeholders, etc.
- Liaison with industry, the local community, and various agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (A master's degree could be advantageous).
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in campus master planning or infrastructure planning and development or related fields.
- Experienced in campus master planning for education infrastructure for 5 to 10 years in Singapore.
- Experienced in managing complex and strategic project planning within established timelines and budgets.
- Strong planning and project management skills for large-scale projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.
