- Position: Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter)
- Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus (3-6 Months) + Flexi Benefits

Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create a recruitment strategy to meet those needs
- Use various methods to source and attract the potential talent
- Review resume, conduct initial phone screen, and assess candidate skills, knowledge, ability, and cultural fit to the organization
- Plan and place job advertisements, interview, and coordinate selection assessment
- Prepare LOA and extend job offers to select candidate and negotiate the terms of employment
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hire
- Apply for Work pass application & PCP (primary care plan) for new onboard foreign talent
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR work experience, particularly in the area of talent sourcing and acquisition
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment
