Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support.
- Provide support to sections under Corporate Service department – HR, Purchasing, Marketing and Accounts.
- Assist in managing HR Initiatives such as training, recruitment, documentation and payroll.
- Handle attendance reports and portal system.
- Coordinate and arrange travel arrangements for employees.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in administrative or office support role.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
