You are someone who enjoys
- Diving into organizational challenges to diagnose precise learning needs and craft targeted programs.
- Innovating to develop customized training, coaching, and assessment initiatives tackling organizational learning gaps.
- Delivering in-house, WSQ, and OJT training sessions and assessments, ensuring our team is primed to meet organizational benchmarks.
- Tracking training activities and learner assessments, ensuring comprehensive reporting and compliance.
- Collaborating closely with team leaders to conduct thorough training needs analyses, shaping tailored training strategies.
- Taking an active role in shaping the organization’s competency framework, aligning it closely with strategic objectives.
- Driving professional growth by implementing development plans, empowering staff, trainers, and assessors.
- Measuring the impact of training, coaching, and assessment programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role
- A passion in cultivating people's potential, organizational prowess, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for building meaningful interpersonal connections.
- Minimally a NITEC in any engineering discipline.
- Mandatory to be ACLP/ACTA certified.
- Someone with ITE Train-the-Trainer or ITE Advanced Certified Industry Trainer would be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in delivering stand-up training both in classroom and on-site settings is quintessential.
