Job Description
- Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks.
- Promptly address defects and complaints.
- Operate, isolate, and rectify faults in the building's addressable fire alarm system.
- Replace components such as smoke detectors and manual call points.
- Conduct fire alarm testing.
- Ensure thorough documentation of maintenance work, including preparation and review.
Requirements:
- Possess 3 years or more of experience in Facilities Maintenance.
- Hold a NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Have experience working with Fire Protection Systems/Fire Alarm Panels.
