Job Description
- Responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PA/AV/VC systems and equipment.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance works and SOPs are carried out promptly.
- Coordinate with subcontractors or parties engaged by the client for system checks and repairs.
- Effectively maintain the respective systems and equipment to ensure they remain in working condition.
- Capable of reading technical/architectural drawings and diagrams.
- Respond promptly to any complaints or faults reported or detected during routine servicing and maintenance. Investigate the cause of the faults, make recommendations for the required repairs, and promptly rectify them.
- Ensure that the operations teams comply with client and regulatory requirements.
- Install and test new products, as well as demonstrate their use and maintenance to clients.
- Able to write service reports after job completion.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or Nitec with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the management of audiovisual (AV) systems, sound systems, etc.
- Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the management of audiovisual (AV) systems, sound systems, etc., or its equivalent.
- All technicians should have general competency in the use of MS Office.
- Good communication and written skills.
