Responsibilities:
· Support daily shop floor and troubleshooting
· Enhance process efficiency and product quality through continuous improvement
· Assist with fixture design, modification, and procurement
· Conduct analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process non-conformances
· Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and processes
· Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and collaborate with contractors for recovery
· Implement reliability and availability enhancements for process equipment
· Perform risk assessments for equipment and processes.
· Introduce and qualify new special processes on existing equipment
· Implement new special processes capabilities
· Expand capabilities through new equipment setup or modifications
· Review special process requirements for new products
· Track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) for policy deployment
· Provide specialized process training to technicians
Requirements:
· Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
· With 4 years relevant experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
