Hiring Service Ambassador for hospital to enhance service experience for all visitors
Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm / 7.30am- 5pm
Job Description
- Provide excellent services to all patients and visitors at all times
- Meet, Greet and welcome visitors
- Provide way-finding and direct visitors to correct departments
- Handle Crowd Control
- Address any enquiries and feedback
- Share information about hospital
- Assist in collation of feedback from visitors
- Implement any service initiatives to delight the guests
Requirement:
- Pleasant disposition
- Service oriented
- Friendly and approachable
- Good Communication skills
- Office Attire with Blazer and covered shoes
Able to commit:
- 5 days a week
- 1 year Contract
- Possible for conversion to Full time contract if performance is good
Available Immediate
$12 per hour (for first 1 mth)
