Job Description
- Manage phone calls and correspondences for purchasing and sales
- Import and Export documentations including quotations
- Manage stock report and track stocks
- Manage oversea AP
- Maintain all office documentation flow smoothlty
- Assist in office certificate audit (ISO, Bizsafe, BCA etc.)
- Ad-hoc job
Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree in the related field
- 3 years related working experience and familiar with Singapore Import & Export policy
