We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who can work independantly to


Job Description

  • Manage phone calls and correspondences for purchasing and sales
  • Import and Export documentations including quotations
  • Manage stock report and track stocks
  • Manage oversea AP
  • Maintain all office documentation flow smoothlty
  • Assist in office certificate audit (ISO, Bizsafe, BCA etc.)
  • Ad-hoc job

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in the related field
  • 3 years related working experience and familiar with Singapore Import & Export policy
