Job Title: Sales Coordinator (ID4527)
Location: : Jurong Food Hub
Working Hours: Monday To Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Sat 8.00am to 12.00pm (WFH on Sat)
Salary: $2500-$3200
Job Description
• Responsible for day-to day order processing process & documents
• Handling of e-commerce platform order processing
• Liase with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries
• Follow up and monitor customer’s complaints
• Physical stock count of goods in the office and stock at the warehouse
• General administrative duties, data entry, and filing
• Support the sales team, assist in answering queries via communication platforms and replying emails
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Minimum SPM or Diploma and above
• 1-3 years experience in sales & operation admin field
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google for Work (Docs, Sheets).
• Able to cope with a fast-paced sales team environment
• Candidate is expected to respond to client queries in evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication skills, conversant in both English and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, proactive and meticulous and ability to follow specific operating procedures and instructions
• Excellent organizational and time management
• Strong team player with a can-do positive attitude
