Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's global business strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and vision.
- Analyze global market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead the strategic planning team, develop and optimize business processes to improve team efficiency and output.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product departments to ensure effective implementation of strategic plans.
- Coordinate with the group management team to ensure consistency and extendibility between the group's overall strategy and the company's strategy, ensure effective execution of the group's strategy within the company, and secure support from the group headquarters for the company's strategy and key objectives.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning or related fields, with a preference for experience in global business or international markets.
- Outstanding strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively in cross-departmental and cross-cultural environments.
- Good data analysis skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English, able to communicate seamlessly with international teams and clients.
- Bachelor's degree or above, MBA or a master's degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to remain positive and adaptable in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
