Responsibilities:
- Perform Quantity take-off from 3D & 2D drawings
- Cost impact analysis from monthly quantity measurement
- Weekly/Monthly Quantity/Cost analysis report on time
- Must Familiar with BIM/CAD softwares (Cost-X, Revit, Navisworks, Autocad 2D/3D)
- Underground MRT Project experience
(Preferred)
- Supporting to request for quotation (RFQ) and perform cost comparison
- Supporting to evaluate sub-contractors’ progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost benefit analysis
- Supporting to prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
- Possesses Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in Civil or LTA projects experience will be an advantage
