Responsibilities
- Carry out routine inspection, conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of M&E machineries, equipment and building facilities and systems such as ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary, electrical, lightings, etc.
- Report on maintenance issues and supervise contractors in preventive maintenance, corrective actions and improvement works carried out by contractors.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maintenance work are done within timeline.
- Maintain proper control of inventories.
- Respond and attend to feedback and services requested, carry out investigation and plan appropriate actions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
Requirements
- Possess a Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
