Responsibilities:
- Act as a site controller for Jurong site to guide the team with high efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform as a trusted business partner to site management team to provide reliable data for management decision-making.
- Coordinate and support Site Manager for Operational Planning, Target Setting, and Forecasting process and assumptions
- Support Site Manager by providing Business Consulting, Analysis and Recommendation for management decision and action.
- Responsible for coordination with Business Unit for Business Unit and Controlling specific topics (Organizational Interface Management)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years’ working experience in Finance or Controlling area in an international company
- Open to Big4 Candidates
- Chemical industry experience will be a plus
