Responsibilities:
1. [Product vision] To holistically plan for the product - sectional level (e.g. FH, MO)
2. To drive specific product by maximising the business value and achieving the business users’ needs.
3. Developing a roadmap of digital deliverables at sectional level (e.g MO) derived against LM 3-year KPI
4. Help to derive TO project charter & impact sizing jointly with operations (IO / project AO) and table for stage gate movement ahead of due dates at TO forums
5. Collaborate with ITD SMs and Dev team to produce sprint releases.
a. Prioritise product backlog for sprint planning
b. Track budget and expenditure.
6. Work with IO & Project AO to:
a. Meet Ops reps to gather requirement and user stories.
b. Conduct demo, UAT and trials, followed by product increment acceptance for sprint review.
c. Track deliverables on a weekly basis with Mgrs (IO) / Project AOs at sectional level.
d. Derive & track change management (comms session) and cutover plan.
e. Update management regularly on progress.
f. Facilitate documentation, business plans and presentation to senior management for endorsement and to authorities (e.g. CAAS) for fund related matters
7. Liaise with other PO for dependencies.
8. Assist in preparing content for forums (PGSC, DTC, TO meetings, etc)
Requirements:
1. Good Degree in any discipline
2. Working experience in the Aerospace industry will have an added advantage
3. Excellent communication skills (written, oral, strong presentation with storytelling skills) and the ability to connect positively to influence leadership and all levels of the organization
4. Good team player and able to collaborate as well as communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
5. Ability to work independently with excellent organisational and planning skills
