Key Responsibilities:
- To establish new partnerships and nurture existing partnerships with stakeholders in the community.
- To work as a team to plan and execute fundraising strategies to raise the necessary funds to support the cause, and to build relationship with donors.
- To apply for funding and ensure accountability of donations received by APSN through the approved platforms.
- To work synergistically with Corporate Communications to develop marketing collateral and create content for communication platforms to increase mindshare, and promote events and campaigns.
- To manage volunteer, partner and donor database, and maintain regular communication with them.
- To oversee outings for students/trainees/clients in collaboration with external service providers, relevant government agencies, corporate partners and community partners.
- To support the Schools, Centres and Shared Services on their needs in the areas of partnerships, fundraising and volunteerism.
- To be involved in any other projects and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in fundraising, events management, sales and/or client management preferred.
- Strong presentation skills and communication skills.
- IT savvy and able to learn to manage new systems easily like donation management system, volunteer management system, enterprise systems, etc.
- Familiar with MS Office, Google Drive, and presentation software.
- Attention to details, with the ability to work independently and in a team, to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to nurture relationships with stakeholders of varying levels.
- Positive outlook with a can-do attitude.
- Strong proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written. A second language will be an added advantage.
