Roles & Responsibilities
· To study all Authority's and approved Contractor's drawings for necessary supervision work
· Supervise all Civil, Structural and Geotechnical works, both permanent and temporary
· To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
· To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures prior to casting or construction works
· To coordinate the contractor, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants, etc. for the required works
· To evaluate and assess all formwork support systems and ensure contractor submit COS endorsed by a PE prior to loadings/casting
· To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
· To supervise the installation/decommissioning of instrumentation
· To evaluate and assess the trend of instrumentation monitoring and alert QP for any signs of structural distress and instrumentation breach
· To review Contractor's Method of Statements and Risk Assessments and supervise all works in relation to current Code of Practice and approved BCA drawings
Requirements:
· Qualified candidates please submit in your updated resume in MS Word format with your latest RTO cert attached
· IES recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering
· At least 10 years’ of Civil Structural experience, of which 5 years’ experience in MRT projects ot LTA Road projects
·Possess a valid RTO cert
· Willing to adhere to Civil Contract’s specifications and scope of work by the project team
· Candidate to be able to work shift works due to the demands of the project
