What You'll Do:
- Plan & Develop: Create detailed construction plans for HVAC projects.
- On-Site Guidance: Provide hands-on support and supervision during construction.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Manage Contracts: Handle tendering, contracting, and team selection.
- Supervise & Review: Oversee HVAC plan implementation and review engineering drawings.
- Coordinate Communication: Act as the key liaison between construction and supervisory units.
Who You Are:
- Educated: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experienced: Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
- Problem Solver: Skilled in troubleshooting HVAC systems and equipment.
- Flexible: Willing to work shifts and travel to India occasionally.
- Bilingual: Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
