Job description
1) Copier/ IT Support monitors and maintains copier & computer systems, install and configure hardware and software, and solve technical problems.
2) Provide technical support to onsite customers Reponsibilities
1) Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance on site
2) Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
3) Perform regular maintenance of Copier & IT system
4) Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
5) Record events and problems and their resolution in ticketing system.
6) Maintain up to date and accurate customer documentation.
7) Follow-up and update customer status and information.
8) Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven experience as a IT/ Copier technician or other customer support role.
Tech savvy with working knowledge
Good understanding of Copier & Computer systems, networking.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
