Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- To strategize & increase revenue (top/bottom line) with existing accounts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Discuss terms and agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from start to end and administration of successful placement.
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering with clients for all new job orders and prepare cost simulations, ensuring alignment with clients' budgetary and recruitment needs.
- Coordination of interview and preparation to keeping all parties updated on job order progress, while being adaptable to undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.
- Review and fulfil clients' recruitment needs through diverse avenues, ensuring quality candidates, and present short-listed profiles to clients, obtaining and integrating their feedback.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates using WGT for job search, provide detailed job information, conduct professional interviews, and maintain effective communication to build a robust referral network.
Requirements:
- Possess good business acumen, results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proven achievement in agency recruitment.
- Preferably skilled in Foreign Manpower.
- Strong in account management and ability to act as a recruitment advisor for clients.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Proven business development and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- CEI certification is required.
