You will review and optimize sales planning and execution activities, drives adoption and continuous improvement of the sales processes in the Market. You are also responsible for sales back-office activities.



You are responsible for

  • Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for sales process improvement as well as business growth
  • Accountable for adherence to sales / funnel health scorecard on funnel accuracy, OIT predictability, Sales Predictability
  • Pursues a key role in channel partner transformation strategy, e.g. the integration into Sales Ops processes and governance and the development of the Partner Operations Manager function
  • Drive clean order intake through process compliance and strong engagement with sales teams
  • Support and improve OIT performance through engagement with critical stakeholders, e.g. sales leadership, supply chain management and GBS
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Facilitate and lead regular account, funnel and sales assessments and pipeline planning creating specific sales goals, plans and tactics to ensure order goals are met.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze performance and assist leadership team in developing account plans that will lead to AOP achievement
  • Responsible for the Sales Incentive process, e.g. direct the equitable assignment of sales force quotas, ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and evaluates the effectiveness of the territory assignments.
  • Provide analytical/operational support for the development, execution, and monitoring of scorecard/dashboard
  • Identify and lead sales improvement projects in line with business priorities
  • Drives continuous improvement via Lean


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience


  • 12 - 15 years of Sales/ Commercial Operations experience in the medical devices industry
  • A good understanding of the sales operations/ processes in a B2B environment
  • Experience leading a mid-sized team
