Responsibilities.
- Assist in collating daily position and handling documentation matters for overseas branches
- Prepare credit proposition line for corresponding bankers and synopsis of guarantors
- Authorization transaction approval code or rejection to merchants and branches.
- Attended to lost card reporting and liaised with visa and Mastercard centers.
- Collection and calling customers for credit card limit in excess, accounts in delinquency,
- liaise with law firms to issue letters of demand, recover debts, meet customers and
- reporting on substandard accounts.
- Settlement of daily visa and Mastercard financial and assisted to analysis of monthly profit and loss accounts.
- Process multiple Customer Identity information merge
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in banking or customer service field preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
