Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk tasks, including patient registration, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Process patient check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
- Maintain and update patient records and clinic documentation.
- Ensure the clinic is clean and well-stocked with supplies.
- Assist doctors and nurses during examinations and procedures.
- Perform basic patient care and provide information about treatments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports and ordering supplies.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or doctors
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-oriented.
