Job Description:
- Maintain expert level of product knowledge;
- Understand and convey customer requirements;
- Maintain professional business relationships with customer;
- Travel to project sites to perform start-up, integration and training services;
- Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance, quickly and effectively handle sudden failures of machines at customer sites;
- Cooperate with the R&D team to complete the relevant testing and verification of the equipment;
- Provide status of ongoing project and future projects;
- Design and implementation of equipment upgradation scheme;
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree of Engineering in electrical/electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or Optics. Experience with machine vision projects will be preferred
- At least 3 years of working experience in maintenance and commissioning of automation equipment or Laser processing equipment, installation and commissioning, capable of handling equipment failures independently and quickly;
- Proficient usage of Excel, JMP and other analysis software; MS-word and PowerPoint software for report creation;
- Good communication skills, responsible and good teamwork;
- Proficiency in Mandarin (Speaking, reading, writing and translation) in order to build and maintain professional business relationships with Chinese speaking customers.
- Willing to travel overseas 30 -50% for on-site support, equipment upgrade or future projects discussion, as needed
