Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accuracy of daily accounting operations
- Perform Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Quarterly GST submission
- Assisting with annual audit preparations as required
- Liaise with company secretary, bank, and relevant authorities
- Handle on project maintenance work and assist in renovation projects when required
- Provide support in company’s Human Resources duties include recruitment process
- Procurement of office/pantry supplies and ensure timely maintenance of office equipment
- Assist on other ad-hoc matters assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting & finance;
- Ability to speak and write in English & Mandarin
- Strong understanding of accounting principles;
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
- A can-do & positive attitude, contributing to a positive office culture.
- Hands-on experience in accounting systems such as QuickBooks would be an advantage.
