- Invoices and claims processing – Verify invoice for Finance to process payment, verify employee benefit claim for payroll reimbursement.
- Internship program - work with ITE, Poly and Uni to provide internship opportunities for the students.
- Training – course registration and tracking of training record.
- Work pass -Tracking, application and renewal of WP, EP, SP and DP. MOM Survey.
- Staff Recreation Team - organise company events.
- Administrative duties – order office supplies, update organisation chart, issue birthday voucher, issue long service award, HR administrative support.
- Project - job description review, E pfile.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Management
- Min 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
