Responsibilities:
- To manage tenant’s fit-out/reinstatement works and conduct timely handovers or takeover of units when required
- Facilitating repair, liaise with vendors and contractors where necessary. Report to OM in the event it cannot be rectified within a reasonable time.
- Monitor and submit weekly/monthly reports
- To report to and carry out any other related works or duties assigned by the Company’s authorise personnel on site and HQ.
- To work closely with Concierge team and Client's team.
- Ensure that the term contractors carry out the preventive maintenance works according to schedules, scope of works and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical/Facilities Management
- At least 3 years of experience in property management
- Have experience in Electrical shut down
- Have Electrical experience particularly high tension, 22KV and above
