Hiring : QA Engineer
(Quality Management System/Environment Management System)
Job Responsibilty :
· Assist QA Manager in ensuring that company's IATF 16949 quality system and ISO 14001 environmental system is implemented and maintained at all levels.
· Plan and execute internal system audit, process & product audit.
· Coordinate audit with external bodies, ensure company is well prepared for the audit, and be the liaison person for all quality system related matters.
· Ensure all audit discrepancies (internal and external) are corrected accordingly.
· Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformity relating to quality system.
· Reply to customer request on environmental matters.
· Ensure that annual EDX/XRF inspection & testing of parts are conducted in accordance to standard.
· Collect High Precision Analysis Reports and Nonuser Warranty Letters from all suppliers.
· Conduct Supplier system, process and product audit according to standard.
· Responsible for IMDS uploading, GP web registration and other environmental requirements from customers.
· Initiate review of suppliers control for STS (ship to stock) parts with QA Engineering team, as applicable.
· Collect and consolidate management review data.
Job Requirement :
· Min 1 years of relevant experience preferably in relevant industry (Plastic moulding)
· No Experience are welcome to apply and Training provided.
· Diploma / ITC level.
· Preferably possess Class 3 Driving License.
· Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager.
