Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team, with the aim of further developing the current high-performing team. They are located in the central area, easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to emails in the Customer Care mailbox.
- Handle enquiries from various channels (phone, email, etc.).
- Assist customers with account-related queries and issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma or A-Level qualification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease with engaging new people daily.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the FinTech industry is preferred.
