Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and arrange sites supervision schedules on a daily or weekly basis.
- Monitor sites operation and workers progress to ensure timely works done and completion of projects.
- Supervise operations to ensure quality of work done as per Company’s and Client’s expectation.
- Prepare and furnish daily / weekly progress report and work schedule.
- Provide technical support and advice to team members.
- Ensure all workers adhere to Workplace Safety procedures at work sites and all works are carried out as per Company’s safety procedures.
- Assess and identify potential risks during work processes or at the work sites.
- Report any potential risks to the Project Manager and provide sounds recommendation.
- Liaise and coordinate professionally with Client Representatives, Premise Management Officers, Authority Officers, and other relevant personnel regarding work progress or feedback.
- Provide feedback to Management regularly regarding work sites issues and feedback from sites.
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
About You:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building with min 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Possesses BSCC with good knowledge in the painting field.
- Good time management with ability to monitor workers and projects timeline.
- Positive attitude, proactive and good team player with problem-solving ability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with all levels.
- Able to commit during weekends / Public Holiday when necessary.
- Willing to progress and grow with the Company.
