Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment of trial participants daily and ensure smooth facilitation
- Facilitate the administration of surveys, questionnaires and interviews related to the research
- Work closely with the research team in data collection, data analysis, and academic writing
- Coordinate the administrative aspects of research planning and execution, which includes familiarisation with ethics-related approval requests and meeting organization
- Handle administrative and logistics planning of the research study
- Reply timely to the ethics board and other administration-related requests
Job Requirements:
- A diploma or equivalent in qualifications in Science/Public Health/Social Science with 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting research deliverables and targets.
- Independent and mature.
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Meticulous, well-organized and able to multi-task
- Able to work in an interdisciplinary environment with different groups of stakeholders.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
