Responsibilities:
- Responsible for IT tasks such as software and hardware support, network maintenance, club website, and providing support for networks, POS systems, and PCs in the Club.
- Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of server, desktop, and network issues.
- Handle the purchase of hardware and software for the Club's system, oversee database management, and manage software/hardware licenses.
- Responsible for documenting work processes, system workflow, and operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, LAN/WAN network routing, IT infrastructure, and cyber-security solutions.
