Job Description :
- Review and interpret contract documents, engineering documents such as contract agreement, specifications, drawings and scope of work.
- Taking off quantities, prepare BOQ, calling of quotations, preparation.
- Submission of payment claim and its supporting documents. To liaise with the construction team on accurate quantity of work done for monthly claim.
- Prepare payments, calculates quantities, for contractors and subcontractors/vendors payment response.
- Detail pricing breakdown, valuation of variation and loss and expense build up. Prepare settlement for final account.
- Liaise with Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
- Attend site meetings and regularly site visiting.
- Extension of time notice, application and management.
- Any other relevant ad hoc duties assigned by the Reporting Manager/Project -in-Charge.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil and Material Engineering and related academics are acceptable.
- 2 years working experience.
- Responsible, positive work attitude, able to work independently, meticulous, good writing skill will be an added advantage.
