Job Description
- Consistently maintain regular observation and evaluation of infant/toddler’s development and growth progress
- Ensure safety of each child through close supervision, whether in the classroom setting, play area, or any other areas within the school compound
- Perform childcare / infant care routines in a prompt and hygienic manner that is consistent with the early years child development practices. These routines include diapering, feeding, bathing, hand washing, napping and transitioning between activities
- Maintain daily journal of milk feeds, solid feeds, diapering, etc., in accordance to relevance for each age group (Babies, Junior and Senior Infants)
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences/exploration
Qualifications
- Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
- Candidates who are keen for a career-conversion to pursue his/her passion in early years education are welcomed to apply
