Job Responsibilities
- Processing of warranty claims within stipulated time.
- Stakeholder management.
- Ensure regular billing and payment.
- Monthly report of claims status.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warranty administration, customer service, or similar administrative capacities
- Proficient with SAP and MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to commence on short notice
