Principal responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to partner’s customers and secure appointments
- Foster and enhance relationships with customers through calls, email, or other electronic communication
- Handle customers’ inquiries and objections with confidence
- Achieve conversion targets set out by the business (such as contact rate, and appointment rate)
- Ensure proper documentation and updates on activities, leads, and appointment details
- Ensure all activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with quality standards
Requirements
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferably outbound calls with sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and other applicable local language
