1) Manage the day to day work activities of the employees to ensure proper coverage and plan and assign work
2) Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
3) Ensure all staff are properly trained and certified as required and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job
4)Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations
5) Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers need
6)Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene,cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
7)Ensure outlet compliance to Company's regulations such as sales reporting,cash management and inventory control
8)Provide excellent customers service
9) Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
Job Requirements
1) Good interpersonal and communication skills
2) Good leadership and people management skills
-Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/ General , Spa and Wellness would be a plus
3) Able to commit to working retail hours on weekdays ( 10:30 am - 9pm) and weekends /public holidays ( 10am - 6:30pm)
4) Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers ( to provide consultantion and recommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers )
