Responsibilities
· Client Retention and Support: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, information, and guidance.
· New Client Acquisition: Actively identify and engage potential new clients to expand our customer base.
· Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
· Insurance Renewal Management: Understand and manage insurance renewals for allocated clients, including providing accurate quotes.
· Sales Growth: Effectively up-sell and cross-sell products and services to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
· Education: Minimum O Level with credits in English and Mathematics.
· Proactive Attitude: Demonstrated proactivity and service-oriented mindset.
· Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and an additional language.
· Sales Orientation: Strong sales-driven attitude with a positive and results-oriented approach.
· Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Adaptability: Quick learner and strategic thinker.
· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications.
· Certifications: BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI certifications are advantageous if already acquired.
