Responsibilities：
- Execute site selection and development according to the standards and procedures established by headquarters.
- Responsible for site selection, market research, client negotiations, and follow-up on lease agreements and renovations, proficient in retail leasing operations to achieve offline development and signing target.
- Gather market intelligence to understand industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities.
- Maintain relationship and communication with property partners.
Job requirements:
- Proven at least 5 years of experience in channel development and expansion with renowned retail or restaurant brands.
- Experience in site selection and development of large commercial centres, shopping malls, or mixed-use projects.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and project presentation skills;
- Meticulous, with a strong sense of professional ethics and integrity.
