Working Hours: 4 Weekdays (10am – 8pm), Sat (10am – 6pm)
Working Location: Orchard
Salary: $3000 - $4000(Depends on experience) + Commissions
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven beauty sales manager to lead our sales team within the aesthetic industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of aesthetic products and services, and a proven track record in sales management. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of consultants and therapists
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring individual and team performance aligns with company goals.
- Provide training and ongoing development to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the clinic’s aesthetic products and services
- Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients
- Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of working experience as a Beauty Sales Manager or similar role.
